Firstly, congratulations on owning your IGC product(s). We hope that it is the first of many on your journey with us. Unlike other grading companies, we have designed the BlackVault database to be completely hacker proof as we believe in the old ways being the best ways.
Let's get into this. For every single item that we grade, we keep both digital and written records. this ensures that should anyone breach our inhouse security software, which is locked and accessible only to four people on planet at any one time, we have the original handwritten paperwork. As you have seen with item that you have received, there are many security features on your item, which we will explain step by step:
Step 1: You will see a holographic sticker with a serial number in the middle , surrounded the words International Grading Corporation. Please do not attempt remove this under any circumstance, as it will (A) your product (B) nullify your grade, and (C) it will not match the records that we keep.
Step 2: You will see a second security sticker with another serial number. We have these serial numbers recorded, and again, please do not try to remove it as it will have consequences. Step 3: You will see that you have half of a real piece of currency, a note which has been cut in a certain way. There are only two halves of these in the world; you have one half, and we have the other. It is kept with us for extreme circumstances where we can match it if necessary. By holding the other side within your sealed item, it ensures total safety unmatched by any other companies. We also have a log of where the is from, as well as the serial number of the note. Everything must match, or it becomes void.
Step 4: We have added various other security measures which we cannot disclose, but they are there for both your protection and the products. Should the product ever be stolen or such, we can step in.
Step 5: This is your Grading Sticker, it will have all the grading information that you need, which will include the grade and various other information please do not attempt to remove it.
Step 6: Step 6 is only open holder of the product and that is to email us to verify your product. We do not publish or make available the product's details online., we ask that you email us with the following details:
1. Your IGC Gold Sticker Serial Number
2. The Security Red Tab Serial Number
3. The Note's Serial Number
4. What the item you have is
5. When it was purchased and from where
6. Your Name, Email Address, WhatsApp Number, and Mobile (Cell Number) igc report your stolen item, check your item today

Once we have verified all the requested details, and everything is in order, we will write to you with the next required step Don't worry; it only take a moment to do. As long as the last step is followed, we will reply to you within 48 hours (please allow a little longer for weekends and public holidays in the UK).
You can then use the email, which, if it has passed verification, can serve as a marketing tool should you ever wish to resell your items. There is no limit to the number of times you can write to us to request verification of your item(s).
